We created a checklist for clinic administrators which outlines possible steps to prepare patients for a successful telehealth session.
It includes:
- Screening patients to help ensure they are appropriate for telehealth (explaining how telehealth works, equipment and connectivity requirements)
- Ensuring patient contact details (email, phone, emergency contact) are available and up to date
- Helping patients prepare for the telehealth session by providing them with instructions and FAQ via video or PDF
