Clinic Administrator Checklist

Besides the clinician, clinic administrators play an important role in ensuring that the telehealth consultation run as smoothly as possible.

We created a checklist for clinic administrators which outlines possible steps to prepare patients for a successful telehealth session.

It includes:

  • Screening patients to help ensure they are appropriate for telehealth (explaining how telehealth works, equipment and connectivity requirements)
  • Ensuring patient contact details (email, phone, emergency contact) are available and up to date
  • Helping patients prepare for the telehealth session by providing them with instructions and FAQ via video or PDF
